Audemus Law Professional Corporation(皓律所)是一家位于万锦的精品律师事务所,业务涵盖房地产交易、贷款融资法律、商业法律等;我们为个人及商业客户提供高标准、结果导向的法律服务,并以专业性、执行力及客户体验为核心。
本岗位为事务所关键支持职位,兼具前台接待、行政支持及律师日程协调职能。候选人将在快节奏、以客户为导向的法律环境中,提供高水平行政及前台支持,并直接负责律师日程协调及日常运营支持工作。
Key Responsibilities(主要职责)
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and consistent client experience; 作为客户及访客的第一接触点,确保专业且一致的客户体验
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general client communications with accuracy and discretion; 处理来电、邮件及一般客户沟通,确保准确性与职业判断
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents and correspondence; 协助法律文件及信函的准备、整理与归档
- Support real estate, lending, business transactions, and related administrative processes; 支持房地产、贷款、商业交易及相关行政流程
- Manage lawyer’s calendar, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and external professional engagements; 管理律师日程,包括预约安排、会议协调及对外专业事务统筹
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in alignment with firm standards; 确保办公室日常运作符合事务所专业标准
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all internal and external interactions; 在所有内外部沟通中保持高度专业性
Requirements(任职要求)
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent post-secondary education) 大学本科或以上学历(或同等高等教育背景)
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, front desk, or legal environment preferred; 1z至3年行政、前台或法律相关经验优先
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; 优秀中英文书面及口语沟通能力
- Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and strong client-facing presence required; 要求具备专业职业素养、得体仪表呈现及良好的客户面对面沟通能力。
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; 优秀组织能力,能够在快节奏环境中处理多重任务
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件
- Valid G2 driver’s license or above and ability to commute independently; 持有效 G2 或以上驾照,并可独立通勤
Preferred Qualifications(优先条件)
- Experience in legal, real estate, or financial services environments; 法律、房地产或金融服务行业经验
- Cantonese language ability (asset) 具粤语能力者优先
- Prior experience in executive assistant or calendar management roles; 有行政助理或日程管理经验者优先
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career in legal services (Law Clerk / Paralegal track)
