Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid. Evening and weekend availability required, Base wage (40K+ annually, experience dependent) plus sales commission.

About Us: Dynamic Security is committed to providing innovative security solutions, including smart home security, business security systems, and related services. We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate new leads through a variety of channels, including online research, networking, and outbound communications. Proactively reach out to prospective clients to build relationships and present Dynamic Security’s offerings.
2. Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, explaining the benefits of our services, and answering questions. Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering product recommendations and addressing any service inquiries to create a positive experience.
3. Technical Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our security solutions and technology to effectively communicate their value to clients. Stay informed on product specifications, features, and potential benefits to address client concerns and provide knowledgeable guidance during the sales process.
4. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:Conduct in-person or virtual product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing Dynamic Security’s products and services to potential clients. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of the audience and effectively highlight the unique value of our solutions.
5. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing progress against targets and providing insights into market trends or client feedback.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Persuasive and confident presentation abilities.
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Hard Skills:

1. Proficiency with Google Workspace.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools and Simpro or other accounts management software (asset).
Technical aptitude for understanding Alarm systems, CCTV, Smart Home products .
3. (Must have) drive and maintain your own vehicle for client meetings.

Language Proficiencies: English (Required), Cantonese/Mandarin (Strongly Preferred)
