Position Overview
Kayver Group Holdings Corp. and its affiliated companies are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team through a semi-structured, rotational, in-office internship.
This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real business operations within a professional office environment. Interns will rotate across key functional areas while working under the guidance of experienced team members. This opportunity is ideal for candidates

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations Support
Support day-to-day marketing execution, employer engagement, and internal coordination across approved digital channels.
• Assist with content coordination, internal marketing initiatives, and campaign support
• Manage marketing activities across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram, and other approved digital channels
• Execute content posting, basic content adaptation, and engagement according to marketing guidelines
• Ensure all content and responses are accurate, professional, and aligned with Kayver’s brand voice
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound employer inquiries across marketing channels
• Conduct initial screening of employer needs and relay qualified leads to internal teams
• Track employer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records across marketing and intake systems
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Accounting & Finance Support
Gain supervised exposure to accounting, payroll, tax, and internal financial processes in a professional office setting.
• Assist with basic accounting and financial record organization
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support data entry, reconciliations, and finance-related administrative tasks
• Assist with month-end closing and internal financial summaries
• Support payroll preparation, remittance, and reconciliation
• Maintain employee and client payment records
• Assist with WSIB registration, reporting, and remittance
• Assist with year-end payroll reporting (T4, T4A)
• Assist with HST tracking, reconciliation, and filings
• Prepare documentation for external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
• Support internal financial controls, compliance procedures, and process improvements
• All accounting- and finance-related work is performed under supervision, including guidance from a CPA/CMA
Administrative & Operational Support
Support internal operations, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
• Assist with documentation preparation, filing, and internal record management
• Support scheduling, coordination, and internal workflow tracking
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to support operational efficiency
• Follow structured workflows and instructions provided by leadership
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
